MTG Cube Draft 12/13

This item is for entry to a Magic The Gathering: Cube Draft event taking place at Superscript Comics and Games.

A Cube Draft is a custom draft format where players build decks from a specially curated pool of cards, called a cube, chosen by the organizer. Instead of using sealed booster packs, the cube’s cards are shuffled and distributed into virtual packs for drafting. Players use the cards they have drafted to build a 40-card deck. The event will feature two cube drafts with swiss tournaments. The top eight players from the first round will be seated in a single pod for the second round to determine the tournament champion. The Cubes used for this event have been sourced from the Magic: The Gathering community at Superscript Comics and Games. Unlike a traditional draft, you do not keep the cards that you draft after the event. For this reason, the entry fee is less expensive than a traditional draft. Prizing for this event will be awarded in as store credit to the top 2-4 players in the form of store credit -based on attendance.

Please note our event cancellations policy:

All cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before an event. This gives us the opportunity to fill the event. Cancellation requests must be made by phone or in-store. Cancellation requests that are not made prior to the 48 hour window will not be refunded unless an exception is made by a member of management.
